In 2006, Infor -one of the largest global providers of enterprise software, closed an acquisition for SunSystems Company and ACT became a Golden Partner for 3 Applications: Infor Financial Management System "Sun System", Infor Enterprise Asset Management and Infor Performance Management "Business Intelligent Solution“. We have more than 15 Consultants who implement Infor Applications for both Hospitality and non hospitality. Most of them are certified from Infor.

Infor’s implementation methodology is designed to help maximize the return and help minimize the risk associated with the implementation of a mission critical system.

OPIM gives you much more than a project plan. Our project management practices, such as risk management using our proprietary tool, communications planning, defined change control processes, and issue escalation paths provide a strong foundation for the implementation project.
Infor recognize the need to rapidly and responsibly transfer knowledge of its products to its customers so that they can provide their own technical and operational support in their facilities after go-live.This process is continuous throughout the project, with significant segments in OPIM’s Design Phase for project team education and in the Deploy Phase for end-user training (described more fully in this proposal). Post go live, Infor staff will return to complete a post implementation assessment. The need for any additional training is a key deliverable of this assessment.
 For more than 7 years ACT has achieved many accomplishments in the Hospitality sector and contributed to developing it through many huge projects, such as implementing total asset management solution at Orascom, implementing back office and asset solution at Suma Bay, implementing total asset solution at Conrad Egypt.
