Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts implemented Micros-Fidelio Property Management solution at one of its key properties, the 162-rooms Mövenpick Hotel El Sokhna, Egypt.

The MÖVENPICK RESORT in EL SOKHNA, Egypt recently opened, a long side Taba, El Gouna, El Quseir and Sharm El Sheikh, it is the first Mövenpick destination on the Red Sea. The Mövenpick Resort El Sokhna is an integral part of the 62 acre El Ein Resort Village, directly on the shores of the Red Sea with its own private beach of fine sand and crystal clear waters.  

Movenpick Hotels is known for its attention to detail and service and expects no less in its business partners. ACT has provided Mövenpick El Sokhna with OPERA PMS’s powerful tools to handle reservations, check guests in and out, assign rooms, and manage room inventory. The application also assists with accommodation of in-house guest needs, and administration of accounting and billing. Due to the integration with OPERA PMS, OPERA S&C frees Mövenpick's sales and catering staff from dependency on other departments to complete key tasks. The flexibility, scalability, and integration capabilities of MICROS's Fidelio solutions enable Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts to minimize its IT infrastructure and focus on managing its hotels, not technology.
